Every day, there are about 5,000 barrels of oil pouring into the ocean. You could just imagine how that’s hurting wildlife and fishing companies. Several important species can and will be affected by this tragedy, such as turtles, birds and of course birds. I’ve even read that this may change the chain line. That’s scary to know, that the whole ecosystem will be damaged because of this oil spill. People are debating whether to punish BP or not. I personally don’t think that they should be punished by the government. This was a reckless, but innocent mistake that any company could’ve made. It’s just a shame that it had to happen this way, because people and wildlife are suffering.

Sympathy Kiss
Sandra Bullock is a mess. Everyone thinks that this is so funny and makes everything “normal”, but it makes me mad. Every time there’s an award show, something silly happens and changes everything. Bullock kissed Scarlett Johansson at last nights MTV awards. She stated after that “therapy is expensive” and “can everything go back to normal”. She’s referring to her husband’s scandal with several mistresses. Well, no, things can’t be normal. You’re a public figure and your husband is cheating on you. He came in place of Tiger Woods, and until something new and better comes up, and then you can move on. I just think that she wanted people to start talking about that kiss instead of her broken marriage. But, that’s not cute, this is soooooo old now. Kissing girls on stage has been happening for a while now and it still seems to make the paper. This was just for people to feel bad for talking bout her in the first place. I think she could've did an interview and said what she had to. She probably would've gotten a bigger pity party, but no, she had to kiss a girl. I never respected or cared about Bullock, but this just give me a whole new reason not to.
Ex Pulls Plug
I read in the newspaper that Gary Coleman’s death was initiated by his ex wife of two years. Shannon Price had her ex-husband put off of life support. She totally denied being completely responsible for his death and said that she made the decision due to advice of Coleman’s doctor. However, there have been several occasions in which Coleman beat his wife and I wouldn’t be surprised if she wanted him dead. In the 911 phone call, she stated that her “husband” fell and was bleeding from his head. She also complained about the blood on her clothes and stating that she “couldn’t deal”. R.I.P Gary Coleman.
.....Ooh yeah. What an odd couple =/ they dont even look like they would be happy together.

Gaga Madness
It's so irritating how everyone wants to be like the pop star, Lady Gaga. Yes, I know that she's brilliant when it comes to creativity and her music is amazing, but for once...can people be original. Celebrities are viewed as extra special human beings, but why can't you be yourself. Anyway, this Lady Gaga craze has been going on for a while now and extended to other celebrities. Lately, everyone's "weird" or "unique". Only Lady Gaga can wear a dress of bubbles or roll her hair with soda cans. It's just sad to see how people can't find their own style and copy off of the original people.

Miss USA Scandal
Like any other pageant winner, Miss USA 2010 is struggling to hold on to her crown. The 24 year old beauty, Rima Fakih, once competed in a radio show dancing contest in 2007. The picture of Fakih, just surfaced, shows her on the pole in merely a shirt, shorts and high heels. But of course this is more than enough for pageant officials to question Miss Michigan’s representation of Miss USA 2010. Almost every year, it’s the same thing. I don’t blame the girls for having a controversial past, but the pageant officials who give away the crown and then want to publicize and embarrass them for something so innocent. Miss Universe representatives notified the radio show, Mojo in the Morning, and asked for more information and pictures of Fakih. Surprisingly, the radio show is defending Rima. According to New York Daily, the host explained, "It would be foolish to consider anyone other than Rima to represent the USA…The photos taken from our Web site are no more provocative than those on the Miss USA Web site." He’s completely right. The usual pictures of all the Miss USA contestants were definitely more provocative, in my opinion, this year. When asked, on a public poll, ‘Do You Think Rima Fakih Should Be Stripped Of Her Crown?’, 74%, including me, answered ‘No, They’re Making A Big Deal Out Of Nothing.’ Well…at least she won the dance competition =)

2Mil Per Show ?!!?
According to sources, Charlie Sheen will earn 2million dollars each episode of ‘Two and a Half Men’. After all the drama with his wife, you’d probably look at him differently on the show, but the directors don’t think so. They decided to keep him for another two seasons. Two and a Half Men is very funny and my personal favorite. How could you go on with this series with out the main character and who I believe is the funniest one. But a raise to 2million dollars PER EPISODE!! That’s a lot of money, no doubt.

Dear Editor III
‘What If Times Square Was a Dry Run?’ is a very good question. To start off, I don’t believe that, that man who has confessed, Faisal Shahzad, is the real bomber. I think it’s quite suspicious that the bomb didn’t go off. You’re telling me after all the possible planning and preparation, the bomb doesn’t go off. I also think it was just a little test, and the United States failed. They didn’t suspect the vehicle until it started smoking. If they do this again and the car doesn’t smoke, then how would you know…you won’t. But maybe if we had better surveillance then we could possibly protect the city. Now people are saying that we can’t just suspect immigrants because now citizens are terrorists. They should’ve been suspecting everyone. I’m upset with the government for being so gullible. There’s barely any evidence that this man really did it. However, you made a point saying that he was supposed to be a suicide bomber. They usually have them survive, for what? Why should he need to be alive? Anyway, I feel, in my gut, this is a hoax in someway.
Dear Editor II
Baba Brinkman is a very clever man. Rap has evolved over the years and the newest generations really appreciate the rhythm and lyrics to mostly all hip-hop music. This idea of disguising lectures with music is just what people now-a-days need. It’s just like a child who hates vegetables. They wouldn’t dare touch a string bean, but if it’s somehow an unnoticeable ingredient in their favorite chef Boyardee meal, trust…it’ll be in their stomachs whether they know it or not. Rhymes and songs have been used everywhere in the education system to help students remember important things, such as “Christopher Columbus sailed the blue, in 1492.” Anyway, these lectures are very special and I wish I could attend or hear one myself

Dear Editor
Dear Neil Nagraj,
I read your article, ‘Gay Cop Arrests Preacher for Saying Homosexuality Is a Sin'. First let me say, the way you wrote was easy to read and I quickly understood the situation. I believe that this homosexual officer was offended by a comment that wasn’t even directed towards him. I would understand if he had said it to the policeman, but that wasn’t the case. The preacher admits that he said, “…same-sex relationships are sinful,” which is simply what he believes, due to his religion. Also, I’m not surprised that the officer took action and arrested Dale McAlpine, the preacher. But that doesn’t make it right. So I wont give my opinion on whether homosexuality is a sin, but I will say this…that gay cop had no right to handcuff a man for voicing his religious beliefs. This isn’t a hate crime either. McAlpine wasn’t directly bashing the officer or even threatening him or anyone else. The poll results on your editorial show how the majority feel, 68% believe that ‘No, all he was doing was expressing what his religion teaches’ when they were asked, ‘Do you think it is right the preacher was arrested for his comments?’ This is such a touchy subject and forever will be.

Future Warfare
Well since were on the topic of the future, lets talk about future warfare. I just attended class were the teacher talked about how people will be looking for skilled gamers to work for the military. She said that gamers could easily work drones (above), or unmanned planes. That would make sense, just because there’s a lot of controls and computing involved. She even explained that in the “future”, there wont be anymore sending out soldiers, but machines and, I guess, robots. Well, you’ve seen the movies, with robot wars and computer domination. I totally understand this strategy of letting technology fight for us. But of course there’s the disadvantage. Anything is possible with machines and robots now-a-days. You may think you’re in total control, but that’s not always the case. If robots were set to fight in war, then how long would a war last…50 years, 100years, or more? If you have the materials and equipment, why stop…who are you hurting? I’m mostly optimistic about everything, but you have to consider the consequences. The future seems so bright, but then again so scary.

Here Comes The Furture...
We watch cartoons and television to see what it’s supposed to be like in 2020, with jet packs and robot maids. But it’s already 2010 and we don’t even have flying cars. Well we have to take one step at a time and electric cars are the first step. Carlos Ghosn of Nissan says that they will release the electric car in the United States by 2010 (the pictures above). Looking at that “car”, I get kind of excited. They could’ve been made this mini cooper looking vehicle. I’ve seen a few little cars driving around, but I’m not sure if they’re electric. The whole point of having electric cars is to save money and energy. Gas prices change all the time and people have to sacrifice a lot just to put some gas in their car. Japan and China have been using small cars to save space, that’s exactly what we need over here. Maybe these little cars are easier to maneuver and then the driving age could lower =). Besides that, could you imagine…everyone with a tiny electric car? Instead of gas stations, they’d have some place where you just plug in your car and grab a bite to eat. However, I’m not sure how many men would enjoy this car since it’s not very “masculine”…well too bad. It’s about time they come up with something cute and efficient. Just give it a few years and everyone will be cruising the streets with mini electric cars.

What a Read...
I’m currently reading The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, for school purposes of course, and I surprisingly find it interesting. My teacher, Ms. Turman has us read about a chapter everyday and sometimes I fall into the next chapter, without realizing. Well of course there are some passages that I can’t bare to read, but I manage. So far, I’ve read that this young boy from the country has faked his own death and run away. Then he meets a slave and they live on an island hiding from the world. And I know how that sounds, but the things that occur during the book with “Huck Finn” are amazing and make you think. I have English next and I’m using sparknotes right now to help me understand the last chapter. My teacher doesn’t even mind us doing that and I think that’s good. You can’t understand everything on your own; it’s good to get help. I usually don't like being "forced" to read a book. That way takes all the fun out. I'm not even into those "adult books", I like anything that can keep my attention. But anyway, back to the book...since it involves a slave and people from the south, the dialog is very different. But I actually like it. Here's a line, "De bes' way is to res' easy en let de ole man take his own way..." It gets more difficult, depending on who's talking...but all you need to do is take your time and read. I wouldn't say that I'm recommending this book, because this isn't something I'd read in my spare time...but it just shows that next time your teacher hands you a "classic" book, it might be a good read =)

Oprahs New Show
Last year November, Oprah announced that the Oprah winfrey show will go off the air and the whole world stopped. Since then, everyone’s been trying to squeeze in their last share of “Oprah’s wisdom”. She believed that it was right, explaining, “Twenty-five years feels right in my bones and feels right in my spirit.” Anyway, now she’s planning on doing a show called ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’. I thought she was going to retire, but I can’t blame her. After 25 years, I wouldn’t want to stop either. Wall street journal reports that Oprah will be traveling to places like china and India, along with her guests and even her viewers!! But how much would that ticket be? Well maybe its all on her, who knows. She’s supposed to announce the new hour long series today. Personally speaking, I think she’s too rich.

Brainstorm
For the class magazine I want to do a movie review for why did I get married too? I saw the movie on Sunday and I loved it. I thought it would’ve been something for adults only, but it wasn’t. I have a lot to say about this movie and I’m sure people can relate to my opinions. I want to stay within the entertainment topic because that’s what I do best, I believe. I’m not sure that this will take up a whole page. However, I’m going to add some background and my opinion will take up room. I’m not sure about any other topics.

Beyonce Pregnant???
So everyone’s talking about it, Beyonce Knowles just might be pregnant!! Several sources have fed off of the one website, who claims to be the most visited urban site, mediatakeout.com. The couple, jay-z and Beyonce have been married for about two years with no luck. Beyonce even admitted to trying to make a baby and watching her younger sister, Solange, marry and produce a child as a teenager, was probably harder. I personally don’t even think Beyonce is the motherly type. She seems selfish and too independent. Everyone shouldn’t have a child, look at Oprah, she’s not the type to be a mother either. However, I would be totally jealous if my younger sister married and had a child before me. Solange may not be as successful as Beyonce, but she’s happier, for sure. Jay-z and Beyonce are the biggest celebrity couple. They’re successful, talented and RICH!! But that wouldn’t help a child. They shouldn’t bring anything into this world. Do I sound harsh? Oh well…those two are too selfish and busy. For example, Beyonce has a world tour coming up. Either, they live their life how it is or they let their career die. A child needs attention and dedicated parents, not worldwide famous people who are never home and then you’re raised by the nanny. Anyway, if this isnt true, about Beyonce being pregnant...then we can all blame mediatakeout.com.

Too Big For VOGUE ?
According to some sources, Gabby Sidibe, the girl from Precious, was totally rejected from the covers of Vogue magazine. "She's a joke in the fashion community. What she wore on the red carpet at the Academy Awards wasn't a dress, it was a tent," explained a snobby little "fashion queen". Another said, “Vogue is venue where designers debut their best new pieces. All are of which are one of a kind and sample size. It would be impossible to get a regular-sized girl in those clothes, let alone Gabby.” Ever since gabby became big, ha-ha no pun intended, people have been throwing harsh comments. I have said my part, but I wasn’t so distinct and harsh. I explained that she may not make it in Hollywood because of her size, but never over exaggerating and talking about tents and houses, like the people of vogue. I mean, I’ve seen the movies, where the big shots of fashion deny anyone who isn’t a perfect stick. But look who’s talking…I’m a stick figure myself, but I don’t discriminate, I just tell the truth…I speak my mind. Anyway, if you’ve seen vogue magazine covers, like the one above, you’d know what kind of girls they’ll have. Those girls aren’t Oscar nominees; they’re slim and “perfect”. I was not surprised to hear this, but it’s a shame what people say about others. Again, I wish gabby the best of luck.

Ooo Boy, Kim &&Reggie Breakup
So after a few days in Costa Rico, Kim Kardashian and professional football player, Reggie Bush, called it quits. Several reliable sources say that Reggie is plain ol' immature, "a big kid". I could imagine, he doesnt look too mature to me. Kim, so i've heard, a business type of woman and needs a serious and committed man. Although Reggie had a conversation with Kim's mom, and others, about marriage, there still arent any plans. Friends of the two dont think that the breakup will last, neither do I. Kims parents also hope for them to get married, along with all of the public. I personally think that Kim can do better than Reggie.

Snooki Cause A Teenage Death!!
Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki, from jersey shore, was charged with the connection of the death of a teenage boy. In 2004, 16 year old snooki sold alcohol at her house party, by which Michael Truncali became intoxicated, more than twice the legal limit. The high school senior crashed his car on the way home, after drinking heavily in Polizzis basement. Snooki was charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverages. However, I think it’s more than just the sale of alcohol. She allowed this boy to drive home and look what happened. Its amazing to think how she lives on, including being on top list reality show. After five years, the parents of Truncali told RadarOnline.com that they were upset that Jersey Shore “gloried” alcohol. But who could blame them; the main character on the show was involved with the death of their son. The mother explained, "She doesn't care about what happened to our son,” and she continued. This is just some background info that no one would know. I didn’t look up to her or admire her, but I think she lost a few fans from this, or she should. I mean, she was just 16 but still...im 16 and i know better...
You Have To Be Kidding Me...
Animal Planet has a show coming up early next year, starring mike Tyson. Mike Tyson?! The man that has no talent what so ever, except for knocking some people out, which isn’t a very good skill if you ask me. Anyway, this isn’t the only problem. The show will be about Tyson training pigeons. This will be a pigeon racing show. Who came up with this? And for Tyson to be the one to do it, makes the show even worse of an idea. I couldn’t even see people being interested in this series. PETA has a problem with it, of course. Pigeon racing just sounds like animal abuse and being trained by a famous heavy weight champion. The president of Pigeon Fanciers Association of Rochester (what an organization!) thinks that it’ll be good for the “dying sport”. I wonder why it’s dying…Anyway, Tyson has nothing better to do I guess, so I’ll just let him be. The show will be titled ‘Taking on Tyson’ and I will be the first to miss it.

What A Surprise!!
So I’m still on this website, popeater.com, and I came along a poll that really surprised me. Just a random poll that asked, ‘Michael Jackson's estate just inked a $250M recording deal. Will you buy previously unreleased MJ songs?’. I thought about it myself and I thought, no. I was never a huge fan of Michael before and his death didn’t make me one now. By checking ‘no’, you’re shown the data that has been, so far, collected. And to my surprise, 74% or 12,897 people answered ‘no’, also! With me answering truthfully, I would assume that the nearly 13,000 other people did the same. It was such a surprise because ever since Michael Jackson died, there has been a rise in fans. His death was such a big thing for months and when a question like this is asked and the majority of people deny him, to me, is unbelievable. On the other hand, I respect Michael and his music. R.I.P.
Too Involved?
I was just skimming through some recent celebrity news and an article caught my attention. Jo Piazza posted a brief article, on popeater.com, about celebrity 911 calls. He questioned, “So where should the media draw the line when it comes to 911 calls that involve a celebrity?” It made me think. When people call 911 it’s recorded, but why is it okay to broadcast those calls because it was made by or for a celebrity. He mentioned Brittany Murphy’s last few moments, that was publicized because of the 911 call or Charlie Sheens martial confrontations. Also on this site, I participated in a poll. One question was ‘Even though they are public record, should these 911 be published on air or online?’ For that question 76% said no. Another question was, ‘Have you ever listened to a 911 call that involved a celebrity?’ and 54% (216 people), including me, said yes. When you really think about it, how involved are we?

Kardashian Wedding Plans . .
A certain Kardashian has high hopes for the future and being the first to win this wedding race. Robert Kardashian, the younger brother of the Kardasian girls, says,"I guarantee you it will be me." He doesn't have a girlfriend or anyone hes involved with now, so he says. However, some people have connected him with Reverend Run Simmons, daughter Vanessa. They didn't socialize that much at the recent celebration of Kardashians birthday, but shes been seen sitting next to him at other outings. I really hope that hes not dating her. Shes not an ugly girl, but he can do way better...and whats with the Kardashians and their love for interracial dating.

Precious Insults
Howard Stern made some very harsh remarks about the star of Precious, Gabourey Sidibe. Calling her "planet-sized" and "the most enormous, fat black chick I've ever seen". Stern didn't hold back, saying,"You just want to say to her, listen, honey, now that you’ve got a little money in the bank go get yourself thin, because you’re going to die in three years." His words are terrible, but in some way I agree. He accused Oprah and Tyler Perry for making her believe that she could be in another movie and make it big in this business, no pun intended. I'll just speak my mind, Gabourey is a talented girl, no doubt. But her weight and her talent go hand in hand. She couldn't audition for every female role in a movie. The character Precious, from the movie, fit her well. I'm not going to say all the the things Stern said, but he had a point. There's only so many movies she could do. Its not everyday that a director needs an overweight African-American girl in their movie. I dont think she should be an actress. I dont even think she should lose weight, Ithink her weight contributes to her great acting, you know "she can act...for a big girl". I wish her the best of luck.

Try New Things
My fellow classmates also contribute to this site and have interesting blogs that should be realized:
As time goes on we approach the hi-tech future. Gadgets, phones and more, advance all the time. Its hard to keep up with these things but not anymore. This blog helps us catch up with the growing technological age. He includes reviews and opinions and very important details, that would be hard to find. I personally visit his site to hear about new phones and about some things I can possibly download on my phone.

Sports are important to a lot of people. I personally don't like sports, especially basketball, but this blog keeps me interested. This blogger includes opinions, follow ups and reviews on recent sport events. Her comments are funny and truthful, which keeps me reading. Even people who don't like sports, like me, wouldn't mind reading her clever entries.
http://ennygunz.blogspot.com/
My blog talks about celebrities and my reviews and opinions on several events in the entertainment business. However, there is someone else with a similar blog. She talks about famous people, events and gives her own advice. But this blog includes music artist and more of the music world, something my blog doesn't consist of. Desperate For A Comeback?
Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for supposedly portraying her as a substance abusive and 'man stealing' baby in their recent Superbowl commercial. Lohan asks for the commercial to be removed from television, oh and $100 million. Lindsays defense is that people call her by just 'Lindsay' now and shes basically the only famous Lindsay. I personally do think that the commerical based the baby of Lohan to be funny, which it was. However, I think she just wants a comback. She hasnt been doing anything and this is just to get in the spotlight, to look like the victim. Lindsay, pack it up.

The baby that Lohan talks about is on the one on the left, red hair and all..hmm.

Celebrtiy Obsession
American culture is defined by many things, food, clothing, religion, law, holidays, language, sports and many more, but most influential, entertainment. Movies, books, music, plays and television shows make up American society. The entertainment business in the United States contains a various amount of talented people, who are displayed around the world. Hollywood is the basis of all entertainment, of every type. Hollywood, California is overflowed with celebrities who live the lavish life of deluxe mansions, fancy cars and expensive clothes. The lives of these luxurious people are constantly broadcasted, resulting into celebrity obsession, which is no stranger to Americans.
Like I stated before, Hollywood is the home of thousands of celebrities and people who desire to make it in the business. It’s not secret where these people of fame unwind, dine, dance or ‘hit the sack’. Who knew this better than the ‘Bling Ring Gang’? The ‘Bling Ring Gang’ was a group of teenagers who began to rob the homes of the famous and obviously rich. Nick Prugo and Rachel Lee were caught last November on surveillance, at Lindsay Lohan’s home. These weren’t the only ones who made up the group, but they were the leaders, especially Lee. She wanted her celebrity possessed fantasies to come true. She wanted to be them, live like them, feel what it would be to be them…and if it meant stealing their personals, even bras, she was okay with that. They first burglarized Paris Hilton’s home because they thought she was “dumb”. They managed to find the key to Hiltons 7000sq foot Hollywood Hills home, on the property. For two months the group robbed Hilton blind, and had planned to rob many others. This shows how far people in America will and have gone to feel the slightest bit of fame and fortune of their favorite celebrities.
There have been other ways where people change the way we look at celebrity obsession. ‘I Want a Famous Face’ was a reality show that appeared in the United States from March 2004 to June 2005. This show gave young adults the opportunity to have a ‘famous face’. Plastic surgery has been widely accepted in American culture, even the kind to look like someone else. Participants on the show would choose from Pamela Anderson to Ricky Martin. With no self confidence in their own individual and distinct features, they’d undergo ruthless and immoral surgery to desperately try to replicate their favorite celebrity. Permanently changing your own unique identity to look like someone you’ve only seen from the television screen, is appalling and beyond a mere fixation. However, just seeing someone from TV is enough for the most dedicated fan. There’s no doubt that the death of a celebrity is taken 100times greater, than the death of an average person. Not only are their funerals broadcasted, but public. Fans from all over the world pay respect to their favorite celebrity. Marilyn Monroe (1962), John Lennon (1980), Christopher Wallace/Notorious BIG (1997) and most recent Michael Jackson (2009), are some names of famous celebrities that passed away and held open funerals. There’s no question as to why these people, from around the world, go out of their way to say ‘goodbye’ to someone they had never even said ‘hello’ to. There are so many questions with so little answers. Why would we risk it all just to have glimpse of the glamorous life? Why would we sacrifice our identity to resemble the famous? All I ask is, why do we admire these people who are just PEOPLE?

Caught Kissing Her Ex
On March 2nd Amy Winehouse was caught kissing her ex-husband at Jamon Jamon, a favorite of Winehouse, in north London. The couple divorced last summer because of adultery. Friends have even said that Amy's seen, her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil a couple of times after he was released from jail. I really dont care who she kisses, but i do love Amy Winehouse. Her voice is extremly unique and so are her lyrics. Shes a very beautiful woman, it's a shame that shes on drugs and hasnt made any new songs.

Celebrity News
My blog touches on several celebrities and the simple actions or even crimes that they are involved in. Everything that they do is controversial and very public. Once you make a song, have a part in a movie or even begin to date someone famous, your in the eyes of everyone. For example, Naomi Campbell is being accused of physically assulting her personal driver. Shee was been widely known for her angermanagement issues. However, my point is proven, celebrities gain much more attention than anyother person. If the 'average Joe" woulve assulted, say a taxi driver, he wouldve been in questioning or even jail and the news wouldnt even consider him newsworthy. Celebrity treatment is also different. Her past convictions for assulting two police officers in 2008 and throwing a cell phone at her maid in 2007, resulted in hours of community service and, to her, a petty fine. Anyother person with these convictions would be in jail, how many times have you heard of some guy or girl getting a fine or hours of community service for a crime. Famous people have it all. They may have some perks, but all that doesnt matter when people continue to watch you 24/7, 365 days of the year.
The Fireman
March 2nd Dwayne Michael Carter Jr aka Lil Wayne was supposed to report to court to begin his year long sentence in jail. However, he is now scheduled to go to court tomorrow, because of a fire that started in the basement of the courthouse. Lil Wayne has been recording and supposedly making new videos. According to DJ Scoob Doo, Lil Wayne was on his way to the studio, after the fire, to record God knows what. I think its kind of suspicious that the courthouse gets set on fire the day of his sentence. They need to investigate this ASAP!!

Kim & Reggie Shack Up
Kim Kardashian buys a $4.8million mansion in the Beverly Hills. This lavish home includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a two story entrance, "formal" living room and dining room, both with extravagant fireplaces. To add to that, according to TMZ Reggie Bush is planning on moving into this faboulous home. I dont know about this, theyre not even engaged and theyre moving in together. Also, Reggie Bush was reported being seen walking out of an expensive jewlery store with a tiny bag and big smile on his face...hmm.

Seven Pounds
Released in 2008, this movie was one of the best films I have ever seen. It was about a man who had lost it all and basically given up on hope. He killed seven people, including his wife, in a terrible accident caused by texting and driving. His depression increased over the years and he soon realized that he had nothing to live for. Throughout the movie, including gloomy flashbacks, he helped people who truly needed help. For example, giving bone marrow to a young boy and helping the elderly. he searched for people who he thought were honest and genuwine. After falling in love with a woman with a weak heart and a short time to live, he killed himself. His death was planned and very creative. At the end of the movie, it wa discovered that he had helped several people...giving his heart to the woman he loved, literally, and even his eyes to a once blind man. I thought Will Smith did a great job with this character. The ending was so moving, I cried.
Sky High Ratings
Ellen DeGeneres appeared on American Idol for a weeks now as the new judge. Lately, according to American Idol "sources", her and Simon Cowell haven't really been getting along. I watched the show last night and the night before, just to see if it was true. Ellen would agree on something, that of course, Simon wouldn't. Anyway, according to TMZ Ellen's own personal shows rating have sky rocketed...this must be the best decision she's ever made.

J.Lo's Career Down The Drain
Jennifer Lopez's new ereleases have been decribed as "horrible" and "slacking". The single Louboutins and Fresh Out the Oven were so called flops on the billboard. I actually liked the song Louboutins, but it's true, her comeback wasnt good enough. Critics even say that she was expecting to release an album called "Love?", which would 'crash and burn' according to some people. I think she should just stay home and take care of her children.

Violation Of Privacy
A Pennsylvania Highschool was caught taking pictures of their students with the laptops that they gave them to take home. The computers webcam snaps pictures when someone's using the computer or in it's view. I think that's such a violation of privacy, it's sad. You can't trust anyone nowadays. You school is supposed to be a place of education and home of educators. If those "educators" are snapping pictures of students in their private home, who are you supposed to respect? Who do you trust? Now I think twice about computers and people and even what people may give me or authority of school, who have the power to do these things. The computer I use now can be snapping pictures this very moment, and who will know?
Kardashians & Jacksons?
Kourtney Kardashian took her son to a party at the Jackson house on Sunday, to reveal that the two families have interesting histories together. It turns out that Kim and Kourtney Kardashian used to date two of Tito Jackson sons, Taryll and TJ. Those Kardashians have been with everyone now.
Back On Crack?
Many people believe that Whitney Houston has relapsed after being clean for years. Her career was ruined by her addiction several times and now it may have ruined her big comeback. Some people believe that she was "strung out" on crack when she performed at a concert in South Korea, almost collapsing. Her friends think that she has fallen down that path again because of stress and everything else. I think she probably has too. It's pretty easy to fall off the wagon when your famous and have all that money. Her friends believe that her "erratic" behavior can be due to a relapse, they think she may be mixing alcohol and drugs, which is deadly. I dont mean to say, but I must speak my mind. It would be a shame to see Whitney die...(also rhymes)

Prostitue Wants Apology
One of Tiger Woods' mistresses had her own press conference on Sunday, I believe. I didn't see it or hear it but she says that she wants an apology from Tiger Woods. She has a lot of nerve, he may have a lot of apologizing to do, but this woman does not deserve one. She wants him to apologize because she had to stop prostituting because she claims Tiger was jealous when she went with other men.
Tiger Woods' Apology
Tiger Woods went before national television to apologize for his many affairs. He defended his wife from the allegations of her beating him and causing his accident. Anyway, his mother was in the audience and she hugged him when he was finish his speech. I think it's so unnessasary that he went on television for this. Basically everyone else cheats and they dont have to tell the world. Yeah, he's a public figure, but that's his personal life and his mistake. This talk of Tiger Woods is annoying. Something new and big should happen, so he can have his freedom.

Ellen On Idol
Ellen Degeneres appeared on American Idol's Las Vegas episodes this week. She couldnt help but make jokes and giggle throughout performances. However, I think that she does a good job and is an honest judge. Some people think twice about her being the new and permanent judge. Critics think that she has no experience with music to judge people. I think that anyone could be a judge on American Idol, its not even about the singing anymore.

Fashionista Found Dead
Alexander McQueen was found dead in his home, in London, yesterday. I've never even heard of this man and he barely looks like a fashion designer. Only 40 years old, his death was unexpected and tragic, according to his family. He even had a show planned for New Yorks Fashion Week. It's really weird that he would commit suicide but the police have determined that there were was nothing that hinted homicide. His fans will miss his "dark and experimental" designs.

"We're Not Spliting Up" Says Brad & Angelina
Theres been so many rumors about the famous couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie splitting up. However, they've recently released a legal statement that insists that they're staying together. They showed some questionable affection at yesterdays Superbowl. I wouldnt be surprised if they did break up, celebrity couples never last that long. People think celebrities are so perfect but you dont know what goes on behing doors. They're also thinking of suing any media that continues the rumors.

Simon Wants Paula On His New Show?
According to TMZ, Simon Cowell had a talk with Paula Abdul about joining his new show X Factor, which is also the same show that he's leaving American Idol for. I'm really surprised. I think that's grimy and he shouldnt do that. People miss Paula on American Idol and they're going to miss Simon. X Factor is just going to be another American Idol without Randy Jackson, well who cares about him anyway =). Well there's always two sides to a story, we dont know why Simon's doing what he's doing.

Heidi Montag
This 23 year old actress completed 10 unnecessary surgeries to make her look completely different, like a promiscuous girl to me. I'm not going to lie, she looks pretty but she had natural beauty before. Her admitting her obsession with surgery is nothing, she needs to stop. This is her second time having plastic surgery and she's planning on doing another. Including an "upgrade" to Double D implants. She's going to end up looking like the "Cat Lady" or anyother woman that's had way too many surgeries. She's setting a bad example for the young girls that look up to her.

OMG Ke$ha
This girl has the number one song on the music charts and I really dont see why. Yesterday, she just performed on The Wendy Williams Show and it was horrible. She can't dance or sing. She had no back up dancers, just one girl next to her with a mic in her hand. I was so upset. I'm not racist but she uses, what I believe is, African American slang in her song and it just doesn't fit. Such as "Now, the dudes are lining up cause they hear we got swagger" and "Boys trying to touch my junk, junk" and "Police shut us down, down. Po-po shut us..." I really don't like her, not only because of her lyrics but because she's number one on the music charts and she cant sing. She's really annoying if you ask me and whats with that dollar sign in her name...I think it's silly.

Update On Simon Cowell Leaving American Idol
According to TMZ, the man who created American Idol wrote a letter announcing Simon Cowell leaving the show. He explained that, it will be "in the same vein as 'Idol.'" He's basically trying to say that Simon is knocking them off as he leaves American Idol to judge on the show 'The X Factor'. I've heard that this show, The X Factor, doesn't have a age limit, unlike American Idol. It's also a singing competition. If I were the maker of American Idol and my main judge was leaving for a very similar show, I would be mad too. He still congratulated for moving to his new show, which he now owns...good for you Simon.

Elton John Replacing Simon Cowell?
OMG. I would be so mad if Elton John really does replace the well known Simon Cowell on American Idol. Yeah okay he's rude and British like Simon, but it wont be the same. Simon Cowell is attractive and after all those 9 seasons, we've gotten to know and love him. TMZ believes that he would be the best replacement, but I really don't think so. Also, according to TMZ polls...so far 71% of people believe that Elton on American Idol is "Bloody Brilliant."
Tiger Woods Helps Haiti?
According to Russell Simmons, Tiger Woods has "emerged" out of hiding. Seeing as media covered his whole personal and sexual life, Woods hasn't been seen or heard from. Simmons posted on Twitter: "heard tiger woods donating to send a cargo plane with a mobile hospital out there. Keep ur prayers high!" I think that, that would be very nice of him if he helped Haiti during their time of need.

Simon Cowell
Simon Cowell leaving American Idol equals the end of that show. Paula left and some people miss her, but everyone will miss Simon. He's the star of the show and he makes it was it is. After this season they should really stop the show. It's season 9 already and they only made stars out of some of the people who went all the way. Ellen Degeneres is going to replace Paula. I like her, she's really funny, but American Idol is going down the drain.

Balloon Dad
The father of the "Balloon Boy" is going to jail. He deserves to get the worse punishment for lying to the police and having people worry about a child that was never in danger. I know they just wanted money. It's been reported that The Larimer County District Attorney's office sent the family a $42,000 bill to pay the agencies that helped in this case. The only thing is Richard Heene will only be going to jail for 90 days, while his wife will only serve 20days in jail after her husband is finished his time. Days in jail!!?? That's not good enough. But punishment is punishment.
