Too Big For VOGUE ?

According to some sources, Gabby Sidibe, the girl from Precious, was totally rejected from the covers of Vogue magazine. "She's a joke in the fashion community. What she wore on the red carpet at the Academy Awards wasn't a dress, it was a tent," explained a snobby little "fashion queen". Another said, “Vogue is venue where designers debut their best new pieces. All are of which are one of a kind and sample size. It would be impossible to get a regular-sized girl in those clothes, let alone Gabby.” Ever since gabby became big, ha-ha no pun intended, people have been throwing harsh comments. I have said my part, but I wasn’t so distinct and harsh. I explained that she may not make it in Hollywood because of her size, but never over exaggerating and talking about tents and houses, like the people of vogue. I mean, I’ve seen the movies, where the big shots of fashion deny anyone who isn’t a perfect stick. But look who’s talking…I’m a stick figure myself, but I don’t discriminate, I just tell the truth…I speak my mind. Anyway, if you’ve seen vogue magazine covers, like the one above, you’d know what kind of girls they’ll have. Those girls aren’t Oscar nominees; they’re slim and “perfect”. I was not surprised to hear this, but it’s a shame what people say about others. Again, I wish gabby the best of luck.
